Simply fill a squeeze bottle (I use the condiment bottles from the dollar store) with half water \u0026amp; half apple cider vinegar. After washing with the shampoo bar, squeeze some of the apple cider vinegar solution on your roots \u0026amp; down the shaft of your hair, let it sit for a few minutes, \u0026amp; comb through the rest of your hair starting at your ends \u0026amp; working towards your scalp. \u003cstrong\u003eBe generous with the amount!!\u003c\/strong\u003e I use ACV as a conditioner so I use quite a bit. The comb should work through quite easily.
